There’s a stack of emerging evidence advocating strength and power training for rehab, injury prevention and performance in distance runners.
I offer a Running Assessment where we’ll look at your injury history, your running goals, assess the capacity of your body to deal with the demands of long distance running, and provide a video analysis of your running and its relevance to any issues you may have.
You will receive a personalised S&C program that can either be performed independently once competent, or supervised in the gym at Lakeside. Come to this assessment ready to work out!
